Customize the Chart

Use the Chart Properties pane to customize chart data and other graphical items to visualize the result in the display area. 

To Customize the Chart Properties 

1. Click to expand the Chart Properties pane.
2. Specify and customize the data.
   1. Select the Data tab.
   2. Specify the chart type.
      For more information, see Supported Chart Types.
   3. Specify the data to be plotted in the x and y axes.
      You can plot multiple dataset values in the y-axis.
   4. Add modifiers to a chart. 
      For more information, see Split and Filter Data.
3. Specify the chart display properties.
   
   1. Select the Chart tab.
   2. Specify custom titles for the chart, x-axis, and y-axis.
   3. Enable or disable the legend.
   4. Group or ungroup chart data.
      For more information, see Group and Ungroup Data Series in Charts.
   5. Specify if the chart axes are plotted using logarithmic scale. 
      The default is the linear scale.
