Save a Test Plan

PathWave Desktop Edition uses an internal file system to store project files, such as service settings, results, and other data files. The internal file system uses a virtual hierarchy, which is different from the local file system on your computer. PathWave Desktop Edition provides the File View to help you manage files and directories in a project.

  1. From the PathWave Desktop Edition interface, click . The Open File view is displayed listing the files and folders in the project.

  2. Click Save <FileName> to save the file.
NOTE

You can also use the Quick Save () option available in the Title Bar.

TIP

To save the current test plan to a specific file location on your computer, type Ctrl+S, navigate to the desired location, and enter a file name with a .TapPlan extension.
