Settings

The settings here will be applied when categorizing the type of events in the waveforms as mentioned in Event Line and Label.

NOTE

To change the priority of the events, drag and drop the events within the table. Note that the calculation of the measurement is subject to the priority set.

Settings Description
Battery Capacity

Key in the capacity of the battery tested in ampere-hours. The software will calculate the battery life estimation based on the time frame set in the Zoom From and To field in the main chart.

Default: 200 mAh (based on the capacity of a CR2302 coin cell). Enter the correct battery capacity to produce accurate results.
Calculation Source The Name of the events and sources are as described in Physical and Current Events.
Lower and Upper Threshold

Set the threshold limits to define the region for analysis. The range for the respective modules are as below:

  • Power Detector: -45 to +10 dBm
  • Voltage Meter: -20 to +20 V
  • Current Meter or 2-Q Power Supply: -3 to +3 A

Ensure that the upper threshold value is always higher than the lower threshold values.
Save Settings This will only save the changes made in the settings without applying it to calculate the results.
Save and Analyze Click this button to save any changes made and analyze the results based on the new settings and battery capacity.
Cancel Click this button to discard the changes made.
