Upload a File

The File View enables you to upload compatible files from your local file system into the PathWave file system. For example, you can upload a test plan (.TapPlan) file created using OpenTAP and use it in the PathWave Test Automation service. 

The upload and download file options can be used to share files between instances of PathWave Desktop Edition installed on different machines.

To Upload a File

1. Click .
   The Open File view is displayed listing the files and folders in the project.
2. Browse to the desired location.
   • Click a folder name in the list or in the breadcrumbs to navigate the file system.
   • Click New Folder if you want to store the file in a different folder.
3. Click Upload.
4. Browse to the location of the file and click Open.
   The file is uploaded to the selected folder.
